In this podcast we discuss a range of youth mental health related questions provided by the Jigsaw Meath Youth Advocacy group. From how to support a friend experiencing a mental health difficulty to the changes in youth mental health care, we answer the questions young people want answered. With special guests, Cliodhna Farrell, Senior Jigsaw Clinician and Derek Hanway, Service Manager in Jigsaw Meath. Jigsaw is a national youth mental health charity with services available throughout the country, including County Meath.
